Promise to Perform Industries, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Transol Corporation and Their Subsidiaries, Including Lug-All Corporation

As of October 29, 2021, Spanco, Rigid Lifelines, and Lug-All are under the ownership of Promise to Perform Industries, Inc. All of Transol Corporation’s subsidiaries, including Spanco, Inc., Rigid Lifelines, and Lug-All Corporation and their assets have been acquired through a management buyout to ensure maximum continuity to customers, employees, and vendors. This acquisition provides new opportunities for growth as well as new innovation to Spanco, Rigid Lifelines, and Lug-All products.

Promise to Perform Industries, Inc. is controlled by three shareholder managers: Jeff Brazwell, Arnie Galpin, and Shawn Trexler. The three managers bring their combined industry experience of over 78 years to the company ownership. Much of their combined experience was gained as senior members at Transol, and the management buyout of Transol Corporation opens an exciting new chapter for all three companies.
